    Like walking into someone else’s dream and having a front row seat…And then again sometimes it’s my own dream…. The undiscovered moments where time stands still for just a second… The camera - magic box that holds the light of moments passing, remembers, and allows us another look, another glimpse -to see ourselves in a moment of our living…The presence of others or where they have been… The big belly laugh or those precious quietly discarded moments that I cherish so much. Beauty is everywhere… love is everywhere… you just have to land on it for an instant- the photograph speaks the rest.

    As a portrait & wedding photographer I am blessed to bear witness to such moments. It is how I got here, why the art of photography speaks to me so deeply.

Windows and Doors

I have such a fascination with windows and doors. You you looking in or are you looking out?  Is the door shut or open? Living in New York City for so many years, I always was amazed at the different stories behind every window or door….Thousands of stories…If only I had a chance to look into all,what treasures would I find?

I found these windows up on a recent visit to Canyon Road in Santa Fe. It was a Monday and so many windows were shut and doors closed but what would have I found if they were open….I’m sure many treasures!
